林全今天首度赴立法院施政報告，一早7時許，國民黨團占領發言台，要求林全承諾不開放含萊克多巴胺美豬等進口，否則就杯葛林全上台，立法院外則有豬農抗議政府有意開放含萊克多巴胺美豬進口，拉起民進黨執政欺騙保證等標語，院內外都不平靜，警力嚴陣以待。
